My name is Jenny and I’m 46 years old. I decided to start writing a blog after my mum died. It has been a steep learning curve navigating my way through the dark and crooked roads of grief, but it has also been hugely enlightening. I’ve learned so much about myself and my friends, the things that help, and the things that hurt.
My hope is that this blog will bring understanding, encouragement, comfort and hope to those that mourn. I also hope that it will help the people that are bravely standing and supporting their friends and loved ones that are grieving.
Wherever you are in your grief/life story, know this: You are brave, you are precious, and you are not alone.
